Warranty Information

Learn what is covered by the Aero Gaming PC limited warranty, how long coverage lasts, and what to expect if your system needs service.

Overview

Every Aero Gaming PC includes a 1-year limited hardware warranty covering eligible defects in components, workmanship, and assembly under normal use.

Warranty coverage begins on the date your system is delivered.

If a covered hardware problem occurs during the warranty period, our support team will first help diagnose the issue. Depending on the problem, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, send a replacement component, arrange a repair, or request that the system be returned for service.

Our goal is to resolve covered hardware issues as quickly as reasonably possible while avoiding unnecessary shipping or downtime.

Warranty Coverage

The Aero Gaming PC limited warranty covers hardware included with the original system against defects in materials, workmanship, or assembly for 1 year from the delivery date.

Covered issues may include:

  • Failure of an originally installed hardware component
  • Defective motherboard, processor, memory, storage, or power supply
  • Graphics card failure under normal operating conditions
  • Cooling system or originally installed fan failure
  • Assembly or wiring problems related to the original build
  • Hardware instability caused by a covered defective component
  • Ports, buttons, or connections that fail because of a manufacturing defect

Coverage applies only to components supplied as part of the original Aero Gaming PC order or subsequently replaced by Aero Gaming PC under warranty.

What Is Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover damage or failures caused by circumstances outside normal intended use.

Examples of items not covered include:

  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or crushed components
  • Liquid spills or moisture damage
  • Fire, flooding, lightning, or other environmental damage
  • Damage caused by improper electrical power, surges, or unsupported power equipment
  • Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, or discoloration that does not affect operation
  • Damage caused by improper installation or removal of components
  • Problems caused by third-party hardware or accessories
  • Overclocking outside manufacturer-supported settings
  • Unauthorized BIOS, firmware, voltage, or hardware modifications
  • Malware, viruses, corrupted software, or operating system problems unrelated to defective hardware
  • Lost files or other data loss
  • Damage caused during shipping arranged independently by the customer
  • Normal wear on consumable or replaceable items

The warranty also does not cover performance differences caused by game updates, software changes, driver updates, internet connection quality, or changes to third-party applications.

Software And Operating System Issues

Software problems are generally not considered hardware warranty claims.

However, our support team may provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance when a software issue appears to be related to the original system configuration.

Examples include:

  • Driver installation problems
  • Windows activation issues associated with the original installation
  • Hardware not appearing correctly in the operating system
  • Basic startup or boot troubleshooting
  • Identifying whether a problem is caused by hardware or software

We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party program, game, peripheral, modification, or future software update.

How To Make A Warranty Claim

If you believe your system has a covered hardware problem, contact Aero Gaming PC support with:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the person who placed the order
  • A description of the problem
  • Any error messages you are seeing
  • Photos or video where helpful
  • A summary of any troubleshooting already attempted

Our support team may ask you to complete basic diagnostic steps before approving a repair or replacement.

These steps can include checking cables, reinstalling drivers, testing memory, reviewing system temperatures, reseating a component, or running diagnostic software.

Please do not ship your system or any component to us unless you have received return instructions from Aero Gaming PC.

Repair Or Replacement

After troubleshooting and diagnosis, Aero Gaming PC will determine the appropriate warranty solution.

Depending on the issue, we may:

  • Provide additional troubleshooting instructions
  • Send a replacement component
  • Ask you to return the affected component
  • Ask you to return the complete system for inspection
  • Repair the original component or system
  • Replace a defective component with an equivalent part

Replacement components may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent to the original component.

If the exact original component is no longer available, we may substitute a component with similar or better functionality and performance.

Warranty Service Shipping

When a complete system must be returned for an approved warranty repair within the continental United States, Aero Gaming PC will provide shipping instructions.

For approved warranty claims made during the first 30 days after delivery, Aero Gaming PC will cover reasonable standard shipping costs to and from our service location.

After the first 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping the system to Aero Gaming PC. We will cover standard return shipping after completion of an approved warranty repair.

Any optional expedited shipping requested by the customer may require an additional charge.

Systems returned for service must be packaged securely. Whenever possible, customers should retain the original Aero Gaming PC shipping box and protective packaging for the duration of the warranty period.

Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may not be covered.

Service Turnaround

Most approved warranty repairs are completed within approximately 5–10 business days after the system or affected component arrives at our service location.

More complicated repairs may require additional time if replacement components must be ordered or further testing is necessary.

Shipping time to and from our service location is not included in the repair estimate.

We will provide updates if a repair is expected to take substantially longer than normal.

Replacement Parts

In some cases, replacing a single component is faster than returning the entire PC.

If we send an advance replacement component, we may require the defective component to be returned within a specified period.

Failure to return a component when required may result in the customer being charged for the replacement.

Do not dispose of a defective component until our support team confirms that it does not need to be returned.

Upgrading Your PC

Aero Gaming PC systems are designed to allow reasonable hardware upgrades.

Installing additional storage, memory, fans, or other compatible components does not automatically void the warranty on the rest of the system.

However, the warranty does not cover:

  • Third-party components you install
  • Damage caused while performing an upgrade
  • Damage caused by an incompatible component
  • Bent pins, damaged connectors, stripped screws, or similar installation damage
  • Problems directly caused by modified voltage, power, cooling, firmware, or overclocking settings

If you are unsure whether an upgrade is compatible with your system, contact us before installation.

Manufacturer Warranties

Some individual components may include a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts longer than the Aero Gaming PC limited warranty.

Manufacturer warranty terms are controlled by the component manufacturer and may require a separate claim directly with that company.

Where practical, our support team can help identify the manufacturer and component model if you need to pursue manufacturer warranty service after your Aero Gaming PC warranty has expired.

Data And Personal Files

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of important files.

Warranty service may require resetting, reinstalling, formatting, or replacing storage devices. As a result, files, applications, settings, accounts, saved games, and other personal data may be erased during service.

Aero Gaming PC is not responsible for lost or unrecoverable data during troubleshooting, repair, replacement, or warranty service.

Before returning a system, back up any important data whenever possible.

Transferring The Warranty

The Aero Gaming PC limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Aero Gaming PC.

Proof of purchase or the original order number may be required before warranty service is approved.

Warranty Limitations

Warranty service is limited to the repair or replacement of eligible defective hardware as determined by Aero Gaming PC.

Aero Gaming PC is not responsible for indirect losses associated with a hardware failure, including loss of data, lost productivity, lost income, game progress, software licenses, or other consequential losses, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable law.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
