Choosing The Right PC
Can you help me choose between Blitz, Vortex, and Titan?
Yes. The right system depends on the games you play, your monitor resolution and refresh rate, the performance you expect, and your budget.
As a general guide:
- Blitz is our value-focused gaming tier and a strong starting point for 1080p gaming.
- Vortex is designed for players looking for stronger 1440p performance and additional headroom for demanding games.
- Titan is our highest-performance tier for enthusiasts targeting premium 1440p or 4K gaming.
If you are unsure, contact us with the games you play, your monitor specifications, and your approximate budget. We can help narrow down the options without recommending hardware you are unlikely to use.
Which system is best for 1080p gaming?
Blitz is generally the best starting point for 1080p gaming.
It is designed to provide strong performance in popular competitive games and modern mainstream titles without requiring the cost of higher-end hardware intended primarily for 1440p or 4K gaming.
Your exact performance will vary by game, graphics settings, and system configuration.
Which system should I choose for 1440p gaming?
Vortex is generally our recommended tier for 1440p gaming.
It provides additional graphics performance and system headroom for higher settings, faster refresh rates, and more demanding modern games.
Players looking for particularly high frame rates, maximum settings, heavy ray tracing, or greater long-term performance headroom may prefer Titan.
What about 4K gaming?
For demanding 4K gaming, Titan is the most appropriate place to start.
4K places significantly more demand on the graphics card than 1080p or 1440p, so the exact performance you receive will depend heavily on the game, graphics settings, and GPU included with the configuration.
If 4K is your priority, we recommend telling us which games you play before ordering so we can help confirm whether a particular configuration matches your expectations.
Do I need the most expensive system?
Not necessarily.
A more expensive PC does not automatically provide a better experience if your games and monitor cannot take advantage of the additional performance.
For example, someone playing esports titles on a 1080p monitor may be better served by a balanced Blitz configuration than a significantly more expensive Titan system.
We would rather help you choose the appropriate level of hardware than sell you performance you do not need.
Can I use an Aero Gaming PC for more than gaming?
Yes.
Depending on the configuration, Aero systems can also handle everyday productivity, schoolwork, streaming, photo editing, video editing, programming, and other applications.
If you plan to use your PC for demanding professional workloads, let us know before ordering. Applications such as video editing, 3D rendering, engineering software, and content creation can have different hardware requirements than gaming.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose the system and configuration you want from the Products page and follow the checkout process.
Before payment is completed, you will have an opportunity to review your order, shipping information, and available delivery options.
If you are unsure which configuration to choose, you can contact us before ordering.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Possibly, as long as preparation has not progressed too far.
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make.
We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after components have been allocated, a custom system has entered assembly, or the order has already shipped.
Changes that increase or decrease the order price may require an additional payment or refund adjustment.
Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Orders that have not entered final assembly or shipment can generally be canceled more easily than completed or custom-prepared systems.
Any cancellation eligibility, fees, or refund conditions applicable to your order will depend on its current status and the terms presented at purchase.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes.
After a successful order, you should receive a confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if your name, shipping address, configuration, or other order information appears incorrect.
Build Preparation And Testing
Are systems tested before shipping?
Yes.
Before shipment, each Aero Gaming PC goes through a final preparation and quality-control process.
Depending on the system, this may include:
- Confirming the ordered hardware configuration
- Inspecting major component connections
- Checking memory and storage detection
- Performing a system boot test
- Checking basic system stability
- Inspecting the case for visible cosmetic issues
- Reviewing cable routing
- Confirming included accessories
- Preparing internal and external protective packaging
Is Windows already installed?
Systems sold with Windows include the operating system installed and prepared for initial setup unless the product listing states otherwise.
You may still need to complete standard first-use steps such as selecting your region, connecting to the internet, signing into an account, and installing your preferred games or applications.
Do you install drivers?
Required drivers for the original hardware configuration are installed or prepared as part of the system setup process.
Drivers may receive newer versions after your PC ships, so normal graphics, Windows, or device updates may still be available when you first set up the system.
Shipping And Delivery
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock systems are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Custom configurations, component upgrades, or periods of unusually high demand may require approximately 5–8 business days before dispatch.
Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time.
How long does delivery take after shipment?
Standard shipping generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after the carrier collects the package.
Expedited delivery may take approximately 2–3 business days where available.
Remote locations and carrier disruptions may require additional time.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Where do you currently ship?
Aero Gaming PC currently ships to addresses within the continental United States.
We do not currently ship to:
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Freight-forwarding services
- Hotels or temporary accommodations
- Addresses outside the continental United States
Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order.
Tracking can sometimes take several hours to begin showing movement after a shipping label is created.
Is a signature required?
A signature may be required for higher-value shipments.
If a signature is required, this will normally be indicated through the carrier’s tracking information.
What if my package is delayed?
Carrier delays can occur because of severe weather, holidays, high shipping volume, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
If tracking has not updated for more than 3 business days, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help investigate.
What if tracking says delivered but I cannot find my package?
First check:
- Around your normal delivery location
- With other members of your household
- With neighbors
- With apartment or building management
- Any carrier delivery photograph or notice
Tracking can occasionally update shortly before physical delivery, so it can also be worth checking again later that day.
If the package is still missing, contact us and we can review the shipment information and determine whether a carrier investigation is appropriate.
Receiving Your PC
Will my PC arrive ready to use?
Yes. Your system arrives assembled and prepared for initial setup.
You will generally need to:
- Remove the PC and accessories from the packaging
- Remove any protective material installed inside the case
- Connect your monitor
- Connect your keyboard and mouse
- Connect Ethernet or Wi-Fi
- Attach external Wi-Fi antennas if included
- Connect the power cable
- Complete the operating system setup
- Install your games and applications
Do I need to remove anything from inside the PC?
Possibly.
Some systems may contain protective material inside the case to help secure components such as the graphics card during transportation.
Any internal shipping material must be removed before turning on the PC.
Instructions included with the system will identify packaging that needs to be removed.
If you are unsure, contact us before powering on the system.
Where should I connect my monitor?
If your Aero Gaming PC includes a dedicated graphics card, connect your monitor to the graphics card outputs, which are normally located lower on the rear of the PC.
Do not connect the monitor to the motherboard video ports unless your configuration or support instructions specifically require it.
Connecting a display to the wrong port is one of the most common causes of a new gaming PC appearing to have no video output.
My PC arrived with visible damage. What should I do?
Keep the original packaging and take clear photographs of:
- The shipping box
- Any damaged packaging
- The computer
- The affected area
Contact Aero Gaming PC within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the problem.
Do not attempt a major repair yourself before contacting us.
Setup And Technical Support
Do you provide setup support?
Yes.
We can help with common initial setup questions such as:
- Connecting your monitor correctly
- First boot
- Internet connectivity
- Wi-Fi antennas
- Driver basics
- Display configuration
- Identifying included cables
- Basic Windows setup
- Diagnosing common startup problems
My PC does not display anything when I turn it on. What should I check?
Start with the basics:
- Confirm the PC is connected to power.
- Make sure the switch on the back of the power supply is turned on.
- Confirm the monitor is powered on.
- Make sure the monitor is using the correct input.
- If your PC has a graphics card, connect the monitor directly to the graphics card rather than the motherboard.
- Check that the display cable is firmly connected at both ends.
If the system still does not display an image, contact support before removing or changing major components.
What if a game does not perform as expected?
Performance can vary because of graphics settings, resolution, background applications, drivers, game updates, temperature, and the game itself.
If performance appears substantially below what would normally be expected from your configuration, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The game name
- Resolution
- Graphics settings
- Approximate frame rate
- Any performance or temperature information you have available
We can help identify whether the behavior appears normal or requires further troubleshooting.
Can you remotely access my PC?
Remote assistance may be available for certain support situations where appropriate.
We will never ask for remote access unexpectedly. Any remote-support session should be initiated as part of an active support conversation and with your permission.
Never provide passwords or remote-access codes to someone claiming to represent Aero Gaming PC unless you have independently verified that you are communicating through our official support channel.
Upgrades
Can I upgrade my Aero Gaming PC later?
Yes.
Aero Gaming PC systems are designed around standard PC components and reasonable future upgradeability.
Depending on your configuration, common upgrades may include:
- Additional storage
- More memory
- A newer graphics card
- Additional cooling
- Expansion cards
- Certain processor upgrades
Compatibility varies by motherboard, power supply, case dimensions, cooling capacity, and other components.
Will upgrading my PC void the warranty?
Installing a compatible upgrade does not automatically void the warranty on the rest of the system.
However, our warranty does not cover:
- Third-party components
- Damage caused during installation
- Damage from incompatible hardware
- Bent pins or damaged connectors
- Problems caused by unsupported voltage or firmware changes
- Failures directly caused by an aftermarket component
If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before installing the upgrade.
Can you help me choose an upgrade?
Yes.
Send us your order number or current system specifications along with what you want to improve.
For example, tell us whether you want:
- More storage
- Better gaming performance
- More memory for multitasking
- Better streaming performance
- A higher-resolution monitor
- Improved cooling
We can help identify which component is most likely to make a meaningful difference.
Can I add another SSD later?
Most configurations are designed with storage expansion in mind, although the number and type of available storage connections depend on the motherboard and existing configuration.
Contact us with your system details if you want to confirm compatibility before purchasing another drive.
Warranty
How long is the Aero Gaming PC warranty?
Every Aero Gaming PC includes a 1-year limited hardware warranty beginning on the date the system is delivered.
The warranty covers eligible defects in originally supplied components, workmanship, and assembly under normal use.
For complete details, review our Warranty Information page.
What does the warranty cover?
Eligible issues may include:
- Failure of an originally installed hardware component

- Graphics card failure under normal operating conditions
- Originally installed cooling or fan failures
- Assembly-related problems
- Certain defective ports, buttons, or connections
Coverage depends on the cause of the problem and the warranty terms applicable to the system.
What is not covered?
The warranty generally does not cover problems caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Drops or impacts
- Liquid exposure
- Improper electrical power
- Unsupported modifications
- Damage caused during an upgrade
- Third-party components
- Malware or unrelated software problems
- Unsupported overclocking or voltage changes
- Normal cosmetic wear
See the Warranty Information page for the complete policy.
What happens if a component fails?
Contact support first.
We will normally perform troubleshooting to identify the likely cause before deciding on the appropriate solution.
Depending on the issue, we may:
- Provide troubleshooting guidance
- Send a replacement component
- Request return of the defective component
- Arrange repair of the full system
- Replace a covered component with an equivalent part
Do I need to keep the original box?
We strongly recommend keeping the original shipping box and protective packaging for at least the duration of your warranty.
If the full system ever needs to be returned for service, the original packaging is generally the safest way to transport it.
Returns And Repairs
Should I send my PC back if something goes wrong?
Not before contacting us.
Many issues can be diagnosed without shipping the entire system.
Contact support first and wait for return or repair instructions before sending us a PC or component.
Unapproved shipments may create delays and may not be accepted.
How long does a warranty repair take?
Most approved repairs are completed within approximately 5–10 business days after the system or affected component arrives at our service location.
More complex repairs or parts availability may extend that period.
Shipping time is not included in the repair estimate.
Will my files be safe during a repair?
You should always back up important files before sending a system for service whenever possible.
Troubleshooting or repair may require reinstalling Windows, formatting a drive, replacing storage, or resetting system settings.
Aero Gaming PC cannot guarantee preservation of personal files during warranty or repair service.
Payments And Privacy
Is my payment information stored by Aero Gaming PC?
Payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers.
When payments are processed through an external payment processor, Aero Gaming PC does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on its own website systems.
For more information about how personal information is handled, review our Privacy Policy.
Do you sell customer information?
No. Aero Gaming PC does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
Certain information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the website, process payments, deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
Before You Buy
Can I contact you before placing an order?
Absolutely.
You do not need to know exactly which components you want before contacting us.
Tell us:
- What games you play
- Your monitor resolution and refresh rate
- Whether you stream or create content
- Any non-gaming software you use
- Your approximate budget
- Whether you plan to upgrade later
We can use that information to point you toward a sensible configuration.
Will you recommend a cheaper PC if it is enough for me?
Yes.
Our goal is to match the system to how you will actually use it.
If a Blitz configuration is sufficient for your games and monitor, there is no reason for us to recommend Titan simply because it costs more.
Can you tell me what FPS I will get?
We can provide reasonable performance guidance, but exact frame rates cannot be guaranteed.
Performance varies with:
- Game updates
- Resolution
- Graphics settings
- Drivers
- Background applications
- Game location or scene
- Online server conditions
- Temperature
- Features such as ray tracing, DLSS, FSR, or frame generation
Performance estimates should be treated as guidance rather than guaranteed minimum frame rates.
